Hello & welcome to the beehive! I am passionate about collaborating and mentoring real estate professionals of all production levels and business models.  Since 2016, I have had the experience of co-leading a mega team and then transitioned to a solo agent starting fresh in Orlando, Florida. I have since grown my local practice into a top-producing micro-team: The Warm Home Experience brokered by Real and I have an extensive national referral network. The depth my experience has provided me great perspective to all kinds of business models and strategies--my favorite thing to talk about around the mastermind table!

You might say I am a bit unusual, I have a good mix of both integrator and visionary talents, I am both driven and analytical.  I held the integrator position with a previous real estate team and played an instrumental role in taking it from a small size of 4 team members to a mega team producing nearly 300 transactions per year in just a few years. We ranked in the top 5 of the 40,000 agents in production in that local marketplace.

My original superpower was lead conversion on all fronts including phone conversations, in person appointments, text/dm and email.  I have also become a systems and process nerd because I believe good process drives good results. I have developed and trained people in several key roles including inside sales, outside sales, database manager, operations manager, transaction coordinators, client care coordinator, and more. I have tenaciously developed the skills to sync each team player to contribute to a successful client journey from beginning to end.

In my down time, you'll find me doing outdoor excursions with my two daughers, at the theater viewing the latest release or indulging in self development podcasts and books.
